During your appointment, your dentist will examine your gums for any signs of bleeding, tartar or loose teeth. Next, your dentist will be on the look-out for any issues with your teeth, such as a build-up of plaque, decay, cracks, fillings that may need attention, tooth wear and crowding or mal-position. During your consultation, x-ray may be required to give more information areas of concern will only be taken if necessary.
